Where to go from David
Boquete
Around 45 minutes northeast of David. A highland coffee town with world-class hiking, cool mountain air, and one of Panama's most active expat communities.
Volcán
About 1 hour from the airport. Sits at the base of Barú Volcano with access to cloud forests, orchid gardens, and the highest lake environment in Panama.
